Xiaomi Mi A2 Release Date in Nepal
Well, Xiaomi Mi A2 won’t be making appearances in the country sooner than July 2018. So we would like put our money on the release date of Xiaomi Mi A2 in Nepal to be somewhere in Late Shrawan or Early Bhadra. This speculation is based on the current trend of late releases of Xiaomi phones in Nepal.
Xiaomi Mi A2 Vs Xiaomi Mi A1
The Xiaomi Mi A2 will have some radical changes in Design, Display, and Camera Departments. And, well being a successor it is no surprise that Mi A2 will be powered by more powerful and more power efficient processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon 660.
The Xiaomi Mi A2 will be rocking the design that is more similar to Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro.
Xiaomi Mi A2 will be joining the 18:9 Aspect Ratio bandwagon, which is the new trend for the mobile displays. So the phone will be taller and easier to hold in hand. Hence, the phone will have a 5.99-inch display with 1080 * 2160 pixels over the 5.5-inch display with 1080*1920 pixels of the A1.
Mi A1 took the mobile markets by storm because of two main reasons. First, for being an Android One device. Second, for being among very few phones to have portrait mode for its rear Camera. The Mi A2 is taking the camera performance of the phone even further with “portrait” mode being available even for Front Facing Camera. The Mi A1 didn’t have impressive selfie camera which has been addressed by its successor. And hence, the Mi A2 sports a whooping 20MegaPixel selfie shooter. The dual rear cameras do have the upgrade too since they are now: 12-megapixel Sony IMX486 sensor with a f/1.8 aperture and 20-megapixel Sony IMX376 sensor with a f/1.8 aperture.
However, the Mi A2 won’t be bringing along the 3.5mm Headphone jack port with it. But, it isn’t the first phone to do so. And, with some many phones ditching the headphone jack, we, the customers, have already started accepting it as the new norm in the mobile industry.
